Up Polytechnic JEECUP 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria of Up Polytechnic JEECUP are the following, according to a group of courses. To be eligible for JEECUP exam candidates need to fulfil the below requirement.
Age criteria
- There is no upper age limit for JEECUP.
- The candidate must be at least 14 years old at the time of applying for the exam.
Education qualification
Education qualifications for JEECUP exam are different for different groups or courses. The educational qualifications for JEECUP exam are the following, according to the groups.
Here is given the education qualification for groups A to I but in group E there are two parts one is E1 and another is E2. E1 is for Biology students and E2 is for mathematics students.
The education qualification for groups ki K1 to K8 is the following. Lateral entry is possible in these groups which are direct admission in 2nd year of engineering and technology diploma courses.
The education qualification for lateral entry courses is the following. they have to pass the following first-year subjects within the scheduled period and the names of courses with the first-year subject are given in the following table.
Up Polytechnic JEECUP 2024 Admission procedure
To take admitted to UP polytechnic colleges candidates have to fill out the online application form by visiting the official website of JEECUP official website and after that those candidates who have mistakenly the India application form by mistakenly, get a chance to rectify the mistake. Admit cards will be released approx 2 weeks before the JEECUP exam on the official website. Candidates have to download the admit card and appear in the entrance exam. After the examination, an answer key will be released by the authority and the result will be declared approx 1 month after the exam. Qualified aspirants will be required to participate in the counselling of JEECUP exam. The final seat allotment will be done through counselling.
UP JEECUP 2024 Application form
Candidates have to visit to the official website of JEECUP which is given by us in the important links section. Aspirants have to select the correct link according to their group and registered themselves by clicking on new registration. Candidates have to fill in the required detail for registration and then fill out the entire application form after that candidates have to upload all the required documents after that, and the last option is fee payment. Credit cards, debit cards, and net banking are the options available for payment. After successful payment, don’t forget to take a printout of the application form for future reference.

UP JEECUP 2024 Correction Window
The Correction window will open when the online application is closed. If candidates have provided some incorrect detail by mistake in the application form then they have the last option to rectify their mistake at the time of the correction window. Changes will be accepted online only there is no option for offline like email, fax, etc. Candidates cannot change exam centre, gender, etc.
UP JEECUP 2024 Admit card
Admit cards will be available approx 2 weeks before the entrance exam. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website. Admit cards contain personal information like name, date of birth, gender etc along with the date, time, and venue of the exam centre.
UP JEECUP 2024 Exam Pattern
The candidate should know the exam pattern of JEECUP which is given below
- The Mode of JEECUP exam is online as well as offline. Group A, E1, and E2 will conduct offline and the rest of the group exams will conduct online.
- Total hundred questions will be asked in the exam for each group
- Objective-type or multiple-choice questions will be asked
- The exam will be available in two languages English and Hindi
- The duration of the exam will be of 3 hours Or 180 minutes
- All questions will carry an equal mark
- The full question paper will be 400 marks
- For every correct answer, 4 Marks are awarded and for every incorrect answer 1 mark is deducted
- No marks will be deducted for an Un-attempt question
UP JEECUP 2024 Syllabus
Candidates can check the syllabus of JEECUP exam online on the website. The level of questions will be easy to moderate. The questions will be asked in the entrance exam of Jacob from the topics of class 10th and 12th level.
Questions will be asked in the entrance exam of the Engineering and Technology department will be asked from the subject of physics chemistry and mathematics whereas for the pharmacy entrance exam the questions will be asked from physics chemistry and mathematics/biology.
UP JEECUP 2024 Answer Key
The answer key will be released approx one week after the entrance exam. Aspirants can download the answer key from the official website. Candidates can calculate their approximate marks on behalf of the answer key. Candidates have the right to challenge the answer key if any answer is wrong in the answer key.
UP JEECUP 2024 Result
Results will be released on the official website. Candidates can download the result approx after 1 month after the entrance exam. To download the result candidate have to visit the official website and then log in to their portal by entering the required detail and then click on the link of the result. Results will contain personal information like name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, etc along with obtained marks.
UP JEECUP 2024 Counselling
Counselling will start after the declaration of the result of JEECUP. Candidates have to register again for counselling by visiting the official website. Aspirants have to fill in their choices and preferences and don’t forget to lock their choices. In counselling, seats will be allotted to candidates by the respective authorities. If candidates are satisfied with their seat then they have to pay the admission fee or if a candidate is dissatisfied with the seat then they have the option to upgrade their seat.
