RGSOIPL (Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur offers two-year Masters of Law programs in seven different specialties. The LLM program at IIT Kharagpur is credit-based. LLB with a minimum of 60 percent overall is the prerequisite for applying to the LLM program at IIT Kharagpur. Candidates are chosen for the IIT Kharagpur LLM program based on their performance in the institute’s common admission test (CET).
GGSIPU offers a regular LLM course with various specializations. The program has a one-year duration and is split into two semesters. In addition, IPU provides a weekend LLM program with a two-year duration and four semesters. Both programme have different eligibility as well as admission procedure. Admission to the regular LLM program will be based on CLAT-PG whereas there is no entrance exam for weekend LLM.
MAH CET Law 3 year LLB 2024 – MAH LL.B. CET-3 Years Application Form has been released on 01 January 2024. The deadline for the same is 31 January 2024. MAH CET Law is a state-level entrance test that is held by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell in order to admit candidates to the MAH LL.B.-3 Years CET. The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for LLB (MH CET Law) is a state-level test organized by Maharashtra’s State CET Cell for admission to LLB degrees provided at participating law colleges. LLB students are shortlisted for admission to 10,920 seats in the 5-year LLB programme and roughly 16,420 seats in the 3-year LLB programme through the entrance test.
IIM Rohtak or Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak introduced a new IPL (An integrated programme of law) or BBA LLB (Bachelor of Business administration – Bachelor of law) course. Admission for the same will be based on CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) entrance exam which is conducted by the Consortium of NLUs.
NMIMS or say Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies is a management institute that began offering its own online Law Admission Test for UG Law courses in 2020. The law entrance test, often known as NLAT or NMIMS LAT, enables admission to integrated legal degrees such as BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.). In addition to administering the NMIMS LAT test, the institute accepts CLAT and LSAT India results for admission to the UG law programmes. LFAT 2023 – LFAT or Law faculty admission test is a national-level entrance exam that is conducted by the faculty of law, University of Allahabad. All state aspirants can fill out the LFAT exam by visiting the official website.
