MAH CET Law 3 year LLB 2024 – MAH LL.B. CET-3 Years Application Form has been released on 11 January 2024. The deadline for the same is 31 January 2024. MAH CET Law is a state-level entrance test that is held by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell in order to admit candidates to the MAH LL.B.-3 Years CET. What is MAH CET Law 3-year LLB?
Aspirants will be admitted to several law institutions around Maharashtra State to finish their three-year LLB degrees. This test is held once a year. The state common admission test cell conducts the MAH law CET. On June 18 and 19, about 37,000 people took part in the state government’s first-ever MAH Law CET.
22,698 applied for the three-year LLB programme. Until 2016, law institutions in Maharashtra enrolled students in the LL.B programme based on their overall graduation grades. In January 2016, the Maharashtra government issued a notice designating LL.B as a professional course.

MAH CET Law 3 year LLB 2024 Eligibility Criteria
If the aspirants want to take admitted through MAH CET Law then they have to fulfil the requirement that is following.
- The aspirant must be a graduate or postgraduate with a minimum aggregate score of 45 per cent for Open Category candidates and 40 per cent for SC and ST candidates from Maharashtra alone.
- Aspirants from universities outside Maharashtra will be called Open Category students, regardless of their caste or category.

Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning
This topic will assess the candidate’s interest in law, legal acumen, and problem-solving skills. Legal prepositions will be used to construct questions, as well as a set of facts to which the prepositions must be applied. Some prepositions may or may not be true in reality. Candidates must take these prepositions as true and answer the questions with well-supported inferences.
General Knowledge and Current Affairs
Topics covered include history, geography, general science, economics, civics, and current events from the previous year. The purpose of the course is to measure students’ understanding of recent events and global awareness.
Logical & Analytical Reasoning
The purpose of the topic is to assess the candidate’s ability to recognise patterns, and logical connections, and correct illogical arguments. Wide comparisons, concluding arguments, reaching well-supported conclusions, reasoning by analogy, and applying concepts or rules will all be covered. The topic is also used to assess the ability to comprehend the structure, and relationships, and develop logical conclusions regarding structures. It entails deductive reasoning from a collection of assertions and rules or principles that define the connection between people, objects, or events.
English
This section will have questions on topics such as vocabulary (Synonyms, Antonyms, analogies etc.) Professionalism (Idioms and Phrases, One-word Substitution, Sentence Improvement and rearrangement, Fill in the Blanks etc.) Errors in English Usage (Common errors, spotting errors, inappropriate usage of words, spelling mistakes etc.) English Comprehension includes at least two sentences, followed by five to ten questions testing reading and thinking ability.
