What is AIBE Exam?
AIBE or All India Bar Examination is a national-level exam which is conducted by the bar council of India BCI so that they can check the ability of candidates to become advocates or lawyers. After passing the AIBE exam, candidates are given a certificate from the respective authority called COP and this COP is mandatory for law aspirants so that they can practice in court under any lawyer or advocate.

- There is no upper as well as lower age limit to appear in the exam
Education Qualifications
- Candidates must have a degree in 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB program.
- Candidates are mandatory to register with the respective state bar council.

AIBE 2023 Application From
The Application form for AIBE has to fill out online from the official website. Candidates have to register themselves by entering personal details, communication details, education and enrollment details, candidate type and disability and then candidates have to choose 3 exam centres in order of preferences as well as 1 language out of 11 for the entrance exam and after that upload, the required documents and then user id and password will be sent to their registered mail Id by the respective authority. Candidates have to log in to their portal with the help of a username and password and then pay the application Form fees.

AIBE 2023 Admit card
The AIBE admit card will have released approx 1 week before the entrance exam on the official website. Candidates can download their AIBE admit card by login into their portal. Admit card of AIBE will contain the date, time and venue of the entrance exam along with some personal information. If the information finds to be incorrect which is available on the admit card then candidates have to immediately contact the helpdesk. Don’t forget to take a printout of AIBE admit card as well as admit card to the examination centre.

AIBE 2023 Exam pattern
This exam is offline as well as an open book examination In which the candidates can take books with them if they want but not any electronic devices. AIBE Exam pattern is given below.
- The mode of AIBE entrance exam is offline and pen and paper-based.
- AIBE exam is available in 11 different languages
- The duration of AIBE exam will be 3 hours and 30 minutes
- MCQ-type questions will be asked in AIBE Exam
- A total of 100 questions are asked in AIBE exam
- The whole paper of AIBE will contain 100 marks
- Each right answer will carry one mark
- There is no negative marking in AIBE exam.

AIBE 2023 Result
BCI will declare the AIBE result approx one or two after the entrance exam. The AIBE result will be declared only in online mode and can be checked by login their portal. AIBE XVI 2023 will contains only the qualifying status of the candidates and not contain other details like section-wise & overall marks. All those candidates who qualify for the entrance exam will be issued COP, which is mandatory for practice in court.
