What is KIITEE?
KIITEE stands for Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology entrance exam is a national-level entrance exam that is conducted by KIIT University to open admission in various undergraduate and postgraduate programs but in this article, we will discuss only BTech. The exam will be conducted once a year in online mode. Candidates who qualified for the entrance exam, are called for KIIT counselling.

KIITEE 2022 Eligibility criteria
If any aspirants want to take admitted through KIITEE then they have to fulfill all the required eligibility criteria. Eligibility criteria will vary from course to course. Here is given the eligibility criteria for the Btech course.
Eligibility criteria for B tech and BTech & Mtech dual degree
Age criteria
- Candidate must be born on or after 1st July 1999.
Education qualification
- Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 levels of education in the years 2018 & 2019.
- Candidate must have studied physics, chemistry & mathematics.
- He/She requires 60% marks in the qualifying exams in physics, chemistry & mathematics.
- Class 12th appearing candidates are also eligible to appear in the entrance exam.
- Dual degree candidates can replace mathematics with Biology or Biotechnology.
For B tech lateral entry
Age criteria
- Aspirants should have been born on or after the 1st of July 1995.
Education qualification
- It must have processed a 3-year diploma in which branch they want Admission in BTech.
- 60% aggregate marks are required for a qualifying diploma.
KIITEE 2022 Admission procedure
To take admitted KIIT university, Candidates have to qualify for the KIITEE. The first candidate has to fill out the online application form from the official website. Registration of KIITEE is open for phase 3. candidates have to book the slot for the entrance exam and then download the admit card for phase 2 and appear in the exam and that result will be declared after the exam. The qualified candidate will get a call for counselling and then the candidate has to attend the counselling. The final seat allotment will be declared by the respective authority of counselling.
KIITEE 2022 Application Form
The first candidate has to visit the official website of KIITEE and then click on apply now which is available in the top right corner in green color and after that candidate has to select a course in which they want to apply and then click on submit button. The candidate has to read all the instructions which are available on your screen and then-candidate have to fill the entire application details such as personal details, qualification details as well as select center. In the Center, the candidate has to candidates have to select two cities in order of preference. Once the detail is filled detail click on submit button and then upload all required documents such as a scanned copy of the Signature, class 10th mark-sheet & passport size photograph. After successful submission, don’t forget to take a printout of the application form for future reference.
Note – There are no application fees for KIITEE application form.
KIITEE 2022 Admit card and slot booking
Candidate can download their admit card on 23 May 2022. Candidates have to book a slot for the entrance exam within a specific time period. Candidate can download their admit card from the official website. To download admit card, candidates have to visit the official website and then log in to their portal and then click on the link to admit card. If candidates face any type of problem during downloading the admit card then they have to contact the help desk. Admit card contained detail of date, time & venue of entrance exam along with some personal information.
KIITEE 2022 Result
The result has been declared approx 2 weeks after the exam. Candidate can download their result by visiting KIITEE official website. To download the result, candidates have to visit the official website and then log in to their portal by entering the required detail and then click on the link of the result. If any candidate faces any type of problem downloading the result then they can solve their problem by contacting the help desk. Results contain obtained marks along with some personal information. Don’t forget to take a printout of the result for future use.
KIITEE 2022 Counselling Procedure
To take admission, candidates have to participate in the KIITEE Counselling 2022. The qualified candidate will get a call from KIIT University. Candidates have to fill in the choices in order of preferences. The final seat allotment will be declared by the respective authorities of KIIT on the official website. In seat allotment, if candidates get a seat and they are satisfied with it then they have to pay the admission fee otherwise there is an option to upgrade the seat.
