BHU Admission 2024 – Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is a central university which is situated in Varanasi city of Uttar Pradesh state, It has 6 Institutes, 14 faculties and almost 140 departments. BHU is the one and only university that has an IIT on its campus i.e. IIT (BHU). Admission to BHU will be based on CUET UG for UG courses and CUET PG for PG Courses.

BHU UG Admission 2024 Eligibility criteria
Before taking admitted to any course of BHU at the UG level, Aspirants have to know & fulfil the eligibility criteria which are given below.
Minimum education qualification
- The minimum education qualification for all UG courses in BHU is Candidates must have passed class 12th Or equivalent from any recognised board or university with 50% aggregate marks in relevant disciplines.
For B.Com (Hons)
- Aspirants must have passed 12th or equivalent with economics/ commerce/ computer science/ maths/ finance/ financial market management subject with at least 50% marks.
For B.A. (Hons)
- Aspirants must have an intermediate level of education from any recognised board/Institute/university with a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam.
For LLB (Hons)
- Aspirants must have passed a graduate degree in Ba/BSc/BCom or its equivalent degree from any recognised University with at least 50% marks.

For MBA
- Aspirants must have passed a bachelor’s degree in agriculture/Technology/medicine education/law or its equivalent from any recognised board with a minimum of 55% marks.

BHU UG Admission 2024 Selection Criteria
- Aspirants must be shortlisted on the basis of merit obtained in BHU UET.
- for MBBS/BDS, aspirants have to qualify for NEET and participate in MCC counselling where they have the option to choose BHU.
- For B.Sc Nursing, aspirants are required to go through NEET and participate in counselling.

- For integrated M.Phil+PhD Courses, Aspirants must have a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam and a minimum academic record of 50.
- For M.Phil or PhD programmes, aspirants must have a postgraduate degree in any discipline of humanities/social science with at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination.

BHU application form 2024
Aspirants have to fill out the BHU application form 2024 according to their course level by visiting the official website in which the aspirants have to fill in all the required details such as personal, academic, communication details etc. And then upload all the required documents such as signature, passport-size photographs, qualifying exam mark sheet etc. After that for final successful submission, aspirants have to pay the application fee charges.
BHU correction window 2024
After closing the BHU application form, BHU opens their correction window for all those aspirants who made mistakes at the time of filling out the application form and this is the last chance to rectify their mistakes. BHU entrance exam 2024 admit card
Before the entrance exam, BHU will release their admit card for all those aspirants who successfully paid the application fee.
