MU OET 2022 – Application Form for Manipal MET 2022 The deadline to apply for different UG/ PG programmes has been postponed to June 3rd, 2022 (Phase 2 & 3). What is MU OET or MET?
Manipal University conducts MU OET (Manipal University Online Entrance Test), which is a national-level entrance examination. Now, MU OET has been renamed MET (Manipal Entrance Test). MAHE (Manipal Academy of Higher Education) has 218 programmes in 19 fields to choose from. There are a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes available, including B.Tech, MBBS, BDS, B.Pharma, Pharma D, BA Media and Communication, and others.

MU OET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

- Aspirants of any age can apply for admission because there are no upper or lower age limitations.
For undergraduate courses
- The minimum Education qualification is aspirants must have passed class 12 or intermediate or equivalent education from any recognised board with a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks.
For Postgraduate courses
- The minimum education qualification is aspirants must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a relevant discipline from any recognised university.
For Super Speciality courses
- Aspirants must have a MD(Master Degree) / DNB(Diplomate in the national board) in their relevant discipline.
MU OET 2022 Exam Pattern
To have a thorough grasp of MET 2022, students preparing for it must have information about the exam pattern. - MAHE will conduct MU OET 2022 as a computer-based exam for two and a half hours (150) minutes.

MU OET 2022 Application form
Aspirants who want to compete in the MU OET 2022 must fill out and submit an application form online. First, Aspirants have to register themselves by visiting MET official website by entering all the required details like Name, Email, Phone no., program etc. Candidates will obtain their credentials after successfully registering. Candidates must log in with their credentials and provide their contact information, Qualification details and then select 2 Exam centres.
Both online and offline payment options are available for the MU OET 2022 application fee. Aspirants could pay with a credit card, a debit card, a net banking account, or a demand draft.

MU OET 2022 Slot booking & Admit card
From June 1 to 7, the government started MET slot booking 2022. Slot booking is a technique for selecting a test centre, day, and time from a list of alternatives. MET 2022 takes place across two or three days and in a variety of time windows. Aspirants can choose their preferred test day, time, and location. An Online Test Booking System (OTBS) platform was used to book the slots. Students had to use their registration ID and password to check in to the OTBS portal and schedule a slot.
Students were given hall passes to partake in the exam after successfully securing a slot. The name and address of the exam centre, the day and hour of the exam, the paper for which the candidate is appearing, and candidate information such as name, photograph, and signature are all included on the MET hall ticket.
As per the guidelines, MET 2022 will be Remote Proctored Test so Aspirants must have Windows 7/8/8.1/10 laptop/desktop with 2 GB or more RAM. A high-speed internet connection capable of speeds of up to 512 kilobits per second is required (Kbps).
MU OET 2022 Result
The results of MET 2022 will be available soon on the institute’s official website in an online format. The results will be in the form of score cards, which will list the candidates’ exam scores. The institute will also publish a merit list based on the candidates’ test scores. The MET merit list will be used to determine admission to the institute. Aspirants must log in using their registration ID and password to view their MET results.
MU OET 2022 Counselling process
Students who pass the MET 2022 and have their names listed on the merit list will be eligible for counselling and admission. The institute will hold counselling sessions on its campus, and students must attend in person. Following the revelation of the results, a schedule for counselling will be announced. Aspirants must arrive at the designated counselling location on time and with all required documents.

To gain a spot in MET, you should score around 150 out of 200. At the time of your outcome, you will not be awarded any grades. Your AIR rank will be the only thing displayed. Try your hardest to stay below the 800-1000k mark for engineering courses.
In comparison to JEE main, the MU OET selection process is simpler. To pass the admission examination, you only need to get a score of 50%. However, in order to be admitted, you must perform well on the test. You should get at least 130 points out of a possible 200.
Manipal has its own test, hence getting into Manipal based on JEE scores is only conceivable in the fifth or later rounds if seats are still available. To fill the seats, they use the jee primary score/rank.
