DU BElEd Admission 2024 – DU B.EL.ED is a 4-year undergraduate level course offered by Delhi University. Candidates can take admitted to this course after passing class 12th. Only female candidates are eligible to take admitted to this course. After taking a degree in b.el.ed course, candidates are able or eligible to teach classes 1st to 8th in MCD school, NDMC school, Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, navodaya Vidyalaya and all private schools. To take admission to DU b.el.ed course, candidates have to qualify Delhi University b.el.ed entrance exam which is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

Du BElEd 2024 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates have to complete this criterion to take admitted to Du Beled. All the eligibility criteria are given below.
Gender criteria
- Only female candidates are eligible to take admission in b.el.ed.
Age criteria
- There is no minimum or a maximum age
Education qualification
- Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent exam from any recognised board.
- Candidates have scored a minimum or more than 50% in the top 4 subjects.
- Candidate must have studied English, Hindi, maths, social science, and science in class 10th.
Du BElEd Admission 2024 – How to calculate best 4?

- Candidate can subject 1 subject from list 1 and 3 subjects from list 2.

Du BElEd 2024 – Admission Procedure
Admission to the DU B.El.Ed course is through an entrance exam, for which candidates have to first fill out the application form which is filled out online on the official website of DU. After filling out the application form, candidates have to wait for the admit card which comes approx one week before the exam. Now, the candidates have to go to the exam centre at the given schedule by taking the admit card and appearing for the exam. After the exam, your answer key is released and after that, the result comes. After the result declaration, your merit list will be prepared and Counseling will be done on the basis of the merit list. In counselling, the candidates are allotted a seat according to their Preference, category and marks on an entrance exam. Now if the candidate likes the seat then it is fine. Otherwise, they can upgrade it.
Du Beled Admission 2024 – Application Form
First, candidates have to visit the official website of Delhi University then click on admission and examination then further click on admission then undergraduate admissions. Now candidates have to register Themselves by entering their mobile numbers, email IDs, dates of birth etc.
Then fill out the entire application form. Candidates have to fill in all the personal detail, family detail, communication detail, bank details, academic details etc.
Candidates have to select a course in which they want to take admission. Here, you have to select DU b.el.ed then the list of colleges which offered du b.el.ed courses are displayed on your screen. Candidates have to select the college to which they want to take admission then the candidate has to select the exam centre.

Du Beled Admission 2024 – Correction window
Candidates who make mistakes at the time of filling application form have the last chance to rectify their mistakes through the correction window. Correction windows are opened for a very short duration. The candidate does not change some details like gender, exam centre etc and maybe the candidate has to pay to change some details.
Du Beled Admission 2024 – Admit Card
The admit card will be released approx 1 week before the exam. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website. To download the admit card, candidates will have to visit the official website and login into your portal then click on the admit card download button. The date, time and venue of the exam will be written on the admit card. Be sure to bring the admit card to the exam centre.
Du Beled 2024 – Exam pattern
If candidates are thinking of giving Du Beled exam then they should know the exam pattern which is given below.
- The exam will be online means a computer-based test.
- Multiple types of questions will be asked in the exam.
- A total of 100 will be asked in the exam.
- Questions will be asked in Hindi, English, math, science and social science.
- The whole paper will be 400 Mark
- For every correct answer, 4 marks are awarded
- For every incorrect answer, 1 mark is deducted.
- The exam will be available in both Hindi and English language.

Du B.el.ed 2024 – Answer Key
The answer key will be released within 2 days of the exam. If the candidate wants to download the answer key then they can download it from the official website. If any answer to the answer key is wrong candidates can challenge the answer key. Candidates can challenge the answer of the answer key either in physical mode or by remote mode.
- In physical mode, candidates will have to go to the dean’s office before 05:00 pm.
- In remote mode, candidates will have to mail to the dean before 10:00 pm.
When challenge time is over, a final answer key will be released on the official website.
Du B.el.ed 2024 – Result
Results will be declared approx 2 weeks after the entrance exam. Candidates will be released on the official website by the respective authority. To download the result candidates have to visit the official website and log in to their portal by entering the required details then click on the link of the result and take a printout of it for future reference. Results contain rank as well as obtained marks. After the result, the merit list will be released.
Du B.el.ed 2024 – Counselling Procedure
Delhi University released a merit list for counselling. Those who are named in the merit list are given specific times and dates for counselling. The candidate is required to attend counselling at the given time. In counselling, all the documents of the candidate are verified. After document verification, candidates have to pay the admission fees and admission is done.
Now, candidate’s have two options either candidate is satisfied with the seat or they can upgrade it.
