What is VSAT?
Vignan’s Scholastic Aptitude Test is conducted at all Indian levels by the Vignan’s Foundation for science, technology and research which is deemed to be a university and located at Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. VSAT exams are the entrance or gateway for B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, B.Pharmacy and various branches of B.Tech.
Vignan’s University also accepts JEE mains, JEE Advanced, AP EAMCET and TS EAMCET Score for various B.Tech courses. Vignan’s university provides category and score-wise scholarships to eligible candidates.

VSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the VSAT entrance exam, Aspirants must ensure they fulfil the eligibility criteria given below.
Age Criteria
- Only those aspirants are eligible for entrance exam who are born or after 01 July 2001.
Education Qualification
- Aspirants must have completed intermediate or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
- Appearing candidates of intermediate are also eligible.
- JEE mains, JEE Advanced, AP EAMCET, and TS EAMCET qualified are also eligible if they have got a minimum of 60% in intermediate.
Note – Lateral Entry is also available by VUCET Exam.
VSAT 2024 Exam Pattern
The following are the VSAT Exam Pattern 2024 so that aspirants become friendly with the pattern.
- VSAT Exam will be conducted online on Computer.
- The Language of VSAT Exam question paper will be English only.
- MCQs type questions will be asked to candidates throughout the exam.
- One mark will be given, for every correct option.
- There will be no negative marking in the VSAT entrance exam.
- The entire exam of VSAT will be 120 marks.
- Each candidate will ask a total of 120 questions.
- The question paper will be divided into 4 sections.

VSAT 2024 Admission Procedure
The following are the step-by-step admission procedures for the VSAT entrance exam 2024.
VSAT 2024 Application Form
First, Aspirants have to fill out the application form which is available both online as well as offline mode. In offline mode, aspirants will have to go the Vignan’s university or any branch of the Indian Bank of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana then take and fill out the application form after that submit it with Rs. 1,200/- DD.
In online mode, aspirants have to visit to the official website of Vignan’s university and then Register & pay Rs. 1,200 to complete the entire application form in which aspirants must fill personal details, select the course in order of preference, select two exam centres with date and time slot and other required details. Online fees will be paid through net banking, credit card and debit card and an offline fee will be paid via DD.
VSAT 2024 Admit card
VSAT 2024 Admit card or hall ticket will be available online on the official website from the 01 or 02 weeks before the entrance exam. To download the VSAT Admit card, log in to the portal with the required detail. Aspirants will have to visit the exam centre at the scheduled time mentioned on the admit card. Without Admit card, Entry into the exam hall will be prohibited.
VSAT 2024 Result
VSAT 2024 results will be available online from 01 or 02 weeks after the exam. To download the result, visit and log in to the portal by entering login credentials. VSAT results will contain section-wise and overall marks along with personal detail. Qualified candidates will be called for counselling.
VSAT 2024 Counselling
A standard merit list will be prepared and released on the official website. Shortlisted aspirants are informed through Email or SMS by Vignan’s University. Counselling will be held only at Vignan’s University, Guntur. Counselling will start with the verification of documents. For final admission, aspirants need to submit the college admission fee.

VSAT 2024 Scholarship
The scholarship will be given to those aspirants who have attained a minimum of 70% without any backlogs. It depends on merit, seat availability and a first come first serve basis. 25% of seats are reserved for SC/ST reserved candidates in each department.
