What is PIM MAT?
PIM MAT is conducted by the R.A. Poddar Institute of Management, University of Rajasthan. This university provides admission to various Master in Business Administration (MBA) in which both full-time and part-time courses are available. The admission procedure and eligibility criteria for MBA (Executive) are slightly different for the rest of the MCA branches at R.A PIM and also there is no entrance exam for the same. PIM MAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria are slightly different for different branches and are mentioned below.
Education Qualification for except MBA (Executive)
- Aspirants must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/MBC) marks.
Education Qualification for MBA (Executive)
- Aspirants must graduate with at least 48% (43% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/MBC) marks.
- They have a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience.
PIM MAT 2024 Exam Pattern
Here is given below the PIM MAT Exam Pattern so that aspirants become familiar with the pattern.
- The questions will be in the form of multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- There will be a total of 200 questions in the exam.
- This will be an offline (pen and paper) test. Applicants will have two hours to finish the paper.
- The exam will be worth 200 marks.
- For each accurate answer, the candidates will receive one score.
- There will be 40 questions in each section.

PIM MAT 2024 Selection/Admission Procedure
For MBA (Executive), Aspirants have to download the application form from the official website. Then fill out the application form and attach all the valid and required documents. After that submit at the University of Rajasthan with cash and demand draft in favour of the college. Then the aspirants will be called for Group Discussions and Personal Interviews. They don’t need to participate in counselling for admission. qualified candidates will be invited for admission at the institute by the respective authority.
For MBA and MBA (Services Management), Aspirants need to follow the below stages carefully.
PIM MAT 2024 Application Form
First, They need to fill out the PIM MAT application form 2024 by visiting the official website for the first stage which is the written exam. After visiting the official website, aspirants need to register themselves and then fill in the entire details of the application form like personal, communication, academic etc also upload the required documents and select the exam centre. At last, they need to pay the PIM MAT Application form fee which is Rs. 1510/- by using net banking, credit card & debit card.
PIM MAT 2024 Admit Card
The respective authority will release PIM MAT 2024 Admit card prior to the exam date. Using their login credentials, registered aspirants will be able to get their PIM MAT admit card from the official website. The admit card is a required document to show to the test centre, and no printed copies were delivered to any candidates. After that aspirants need to appear in the exam at the scheduled time.

No, the PIM MAT is only available in an offline manner. To take the exam, aspirants must go to the assigned exam centre.
In the PIM MAT, there is negative grading for incorrect answers. for each wrong answer, 1/3 marks are deducted.
For a period of one year, the PIM MAT score is valid.
To be eligible for the PIM MAT, a student must have scored at least 50% in the Bachelor’s degree examination (open category) & 45 per cent in the reserved category.
There is no upper and lower age limit for taking PIM MAT test. Aspirants who want to apply for an MBA programme can take PIM MAT exam whenever they want.
