MH CET Law 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Before taking admission through MH CET LLB, the Candidate has to know its eligibility criteria which are following
Nationality
- Aspirants must be Indian, Foreign, OCI & PIO.
Age Criteria
- There is no upper as well as lower age limit for appearing in MH CET LLB 2024.
Educational Qualification
- For 5-year integrated programmes
- Candidates must have a 10+2 level of education from any recognised board/ university/Institute.
- Aspirants must secure at least 50% marks in their qualifying exam.
- 40% marks are required in their qualifying examination for reserved category candidates.
- For 3 year LLB
- Aspirants must have graduated or post-graduation or equivalent degree from any recognised university/Institute.
- At least 45% marks are required in their qualifying exam.
- A minimum of 40% marks are required for reserved category candidates.

All those aspirants who qualify for MH CET law are eligible to participate in CAP (centralized admission process).
