GGSIPU or Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University offer a 3-year PGAC (Postgraduate Ayurveda Course) on the basis of merit in AIA-PGET. AIA-PGET (All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test) is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), once a year. IPU PGAC CET code is 196 and There is no OBC reservation in this course. IPU PGAC Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria
If the aspirants want to take admitted to the PGAC course of IP University then they have to fulfil the requirements that are followed.
Education Qualification
- Aspirants must graduate with BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medical and Sciences) from a recognized institution.
IPU PGAC 2023 Admission & Counselling Procedure
As we discussed above, Admission to PGAC at IPU is solely based on AIA-PGET. So, Aspirants need to register and appeared in the examination. Also, fill out the IPU registration and counselling form whenever released. They have to pay the IPU registration fee which is Rs. 1,200/- and IPU counselling fee which is Rs. 1,000/-. For final admission in PGAC at IPU, candidates have to clear the cutoff and appear in the counselling.
IPU PGAC Counselling Procedure
A detailed schedule of initial admissions counselling, including the number of qualifying applicants who will be summoned for counselling, will be posted on the University’s website one week (five working days) before the start of counselling. Before the start of counselling, the University will post the location of counselling, as well as a list of institutions and the number of seats available in each programme. 50 per cent of the total seats available for IPU PGAC admission will be allocated for BAMS graduates of GGSIPU only.
Reservations for Schedule Caste (SC) & Schedule Tribe (ST) applicants shall be applied for these seats according to University policy as it applies from time to time. The ‘GGSIP University Quota’ will be used to describe the 50 per cent of seats available (State Quota). For seat distribution, the University uses a 200-point roster system. The next point where admissions counselling concluded in the previous year’s admissions of GGSIP University Quota as well as all India Quota separately shall be the beginning point for admissions counselling.
