IPU LLM Admission 2023 – IPU LLM admission 2023 will open admission soon. For LLM admission 2023, the institution has begun the online counselling procedure. Participants in the counselling procedure must have taken the CLAT PG 2023 test to be eligible. An eligible aspirant can register for online counselling on the IPU’s official website. Aspirants must pay the INR 1000 participation fee either online or offline in order to register for the IPU Counselling 2023. Dates for choice-filling and locking will be announced soon.

GGSIPU offers a regular LLM course with various specializations. The program has a one-year duration and is split into two semesters. In addition, IPU provides a weekend LLM program with a two-year duration and four semesters. Both programme have different eligibility as well as admission procedure. Admission to the regular LLM program will be based on CLAT-PG whereas there is no entrance exam for weekend LLM.

IPU LLM Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria
If the aspirants want to take admitted to the LLM course of IP University then they have to fulfill the requirements that are followed.
For Regular LLM
The following are the requirements for admission to the one-year, full-time LLM program at GGSIP University:
- Either
- passed with an LLB degree (the Bar Council of India’s requirement to become an advocate) from a recognized institution with at least a 55 percent overall passing mark
- OR
- an equivalent law degree from a recognized overseas university.
For Weekend LLM
Below are the requirements for admission to the two-year, part-time (weekend), LLM program at GGSIP University:
- Either
- Aspirants must possess an equivalent legal degree from a recognized foreign institution together with one year of professional experience
- or
- service following the conclusion of the LLB degree program, as required by the Bar Council of India for enrollment as an advocate.
IPU LLM 2023 Admission Procedure
Only applicants who fully satisfy all eligibility conditions for GGSIP University’s one-year and two-year (weekend) LLM degree programs will be considered for admission. Let’s look at the entrance requirements for the two-year (weekend) LLM program and the one-year LLM program separately to better understand how they differ.
GGSIP University One-Year LL.M Admission Process
Aspirants who wish to be considered for admission to the full-time, one-year LLM program must complete the application procedure and make sure to include their enrollment number or CLAT PG application number while completing the online application form at the GGSIP University. Aspirants won’t be considered for admission if they don’t present their CLAT PG registration number.
The merit list created for applicants who passed the CLAT-PG test will be used to determine final admission to 1-year full-time LLM degree program. The Common Entrance Test (CET) will not be administered by GGSIP University for admission to the regular LLM program. The only criteria used to determine admission will be the merit list created using the results of the CLAT PG test.

GGSIP University Two-Year LL.M Admission Process
The GGSIP University has established three main requirements as the basis for admission to the two-year (weekend) LLM program that it offers. No CLAT PG test would be necessary for admission to the (weekend) LLM program, and no CET exam would be held. Following are the three main criteria on which the IPU will base its merit list for the weekend LLM program:
