Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University or GGSIPU provides a five-and-a-half-year full-time BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery) degree in Medical and Health Sciences, which includes a 1-year mandatory internship. Aspirants who wish to apply for BHMS admission at IPU must have a valid NEET UG score. IPU CET Counselling is in charge of the final seat allocation procedure. Dr. B.R. Sur Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital & Research college offers the program, which has an annual seat intake of 63 students. There are two types of seats, 85% of seats come under the Delhi quota that is filled via IPU counselling and 15% of seats come under All India quota that is filled through a centralized counselling procedure held by CCIM/CCIH.

IPU BHMS Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria
If the aspirants want to take admitted to the BHMS course of IP University then they have to fulfil the requirements that are followed.
Nationality
- Aspirants should either be Indian or Overseas Indian or Nepal citizens.
Age Criteria
- Aspirants must be 17 years old on or before December 31st of the year of admission to the BHMS course.
- Applicants must not be older than 25 years old as of August 1, 2023.
- SC/ST/OBC applicants for IPU BHMS will be given a 5-year age relaxation on the maximum age prescribed.
Education Qualification
- Candidates must have cleared 12th-grade examinations in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually.
- For Unreserved Aspirants, they must have received a minimum of 50 per cent in Physics, Chemistry, & Biology in the qualifying test indicated above.
- For the SC/ST/OBC category, a minimum of 40% is necessary.
- The minimum qualifying marks in qualifying examinations in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for candidates with benchmark disability as defined under the Rights of PwD Act, 2016 (49 of 2016) should be 45 per cent for General Category & 40 per cent for SC/ST/OBC.
Medical Criteria
- Aspirants must be medically fit.
IPU BHMS Admission 2023 Admission & Counselling Procedure
IPU does not conduct any entrance exams for BHMS admission. It will take admission to BHMS course through NEET-UG entrance exam. Candidates need to appear and qualify NEET entrance exam. To take admitted to BHMS course at IP university, Aspirants need to fill out the IPU registration form and then wait for the counselling to start. then registered for counselling with the payment of Rs. 1000/-.
Those who do not register prior can also be registered directly in the counselling with the payment of Rs. 2200/-. IPU releases a merit list for shortlisting candidates. Those who clear the merit list will be called for counselling. Candidates need to appear at the allotted centre with the original certificates along with one set of photocopies of documents. If the aspirants get the seat at the time of seat allotment then they need to pay Rs. 40,000/- for seat confirmation and the rest fee of the course will be paid at the time of admission.
