ACCE – Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility for ACCA course is Aspirants have the right to register themselves after passing class 10 or equivalent qualification from any recognised board or university.

ACCA – Durations and Course structure

Knowledge Level

  • Management Accounting (MA)

  • Corporate and Business Law(LW)

When aspirants pass the Accountant in Business (AB), Management Accounting (MA), and Financial Accounting (FA) tests (at least one of which must be sat and passed), as well as Foundations in Professionalism, they are granted the ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (RQF Level 4).

Skill Level

After passing the knowledge level exam, Aspirants have to prepare for passed skill level exams. In skill level, There are 5 exams whose list is given below.

Professional Level Exams have been conducted quarterly i.e. In March, June, September, and December. There are a total of 6 exams (but aspirants have to pass only 5 exams) in which 2 is essential and the rest have the choices.

When candidates have passed all of the ACCA Qualification’s Strategic Professional tests, they are awarded a Strategic Professional Certificate. Any two of the Strategic Professional Options examinations, as well as the two Strategic Professional Essentials tests.

The certificate will be provided after approx 2 or 3 years. After passing all 13 papers, Aspirants become ACCA affiliates. To become ACCA Member, They have to complete PER (Training) which is 3-year internship training. PER stands for Practical Experience Requirements.

*ACCA minimal entry requirements Aspirant must have completed 5 subjects, including English and Mathematics/Accounting, with a minimum of 65 per cent in two courses and more than 50 per cent in the rest. If you have better qualifications, you may be eligible for exemptions from some modules.

#Please note that if a CA Final Pursuing aspirant’s received 40+ marks in the specific subject in the CA Final Test, they may be eligible for additional exemptions. Conversely, an applicant who has not passed the CA IPCC Exams but has obtained more than 40 points in the relevant subject on a previous try at the CA IPCC Exam is eligible for additional exemptions.

ACCA – Admission/Selection Procedure

If the aspirants prepare for ACCA through college then there are merit-based & entrance-based entry options. Students are admitted to colleges like Apeejay Stya University based on their past exam scores. Colleges such as Christ University have their own admissions examinations. Written tests and PI are also used by some colleges to admit students.
