VITEEE Counselling 2024 – VITEEE is an undergraduate-level of entrance exam which offered admission to various engineering programs. To take admission through VITEEE, Candidates have to participate in counselling. VITEEE Counselling will be held in the month of July for all those Candidates who qualify for the entrance exam of VITEEE. VITEEE 2024 – Counselling Procedure
Counselling for all campuses of VIT University will be conducted through a single window. Step by step procedure of counselling is given below.
Registration
Aspirants will have to visit the Official website and then register themselves again for counselling and after that fill in the entire details like obtained Mark’s.
Note – To take admission to the Vellore campus, it’s not necessary to attend counselling in Vellore or vice versa.
Proceed Application/Payment
Candidates have to log in to their portal by entering the required details and then pay the non-refundable counselling fee don’t forget to take receipt of payment for future use.
Choice Filling
Candidates have to fill out the course and college in order of preference and don’t forget to lock their choices. After locked choices, candidates can not modify their choices at any cost. We suggest you full more and more choices to increase the chance of admission.
Seat Allotment
The respective authority of VIT Counselling allows the seat to candidates on behalf of rank, preference, seat availability, and reservation criteria. The rest of the seat allotment will be released on the official website by the respective authority.
After the seat allots to the candidate then they have to pay the admission fee if a candidate’s satisfied with the seat or if not then they have to option to upgrade their seat.
VITEEE 2024 – Counselling fee
Candidates have to pay a 5,000 nonrefundable counselling fee. Once the seat is allotted to candidates, they have to submit the demand draft for Rs. 50,000/- for all those whose rank is below 1,00,000 and those whose rank is upper than 1,00,000 they have to submit the demand draft of 1,00,000.
Note – If candidates take admitted to any campus then the charges of the demand draft are converted to admission fee otherwise it will be confiscated.
VITEEE Counselling 2024 – Documents Required
Here is given all the required documents that candidates have to keep at the time of counselling. Candidates have all documents in original form as well as 2 sets of photocopies.
List of required documents
- Admit card of VITEEE
- Admit card for counselling
- Result of VITEEE
- Age proof certificate
- Class 12th mark sheet
- Caste certificate
- Nativity certificate
- Demand draft of 50,000 or 1,00,000 according to their rank
- Demand draft of 21,200 for hostel requirement
- Identify the card of aspirant
Note – without DD, candidates will not be permitted to attend counselling.

- All above documents other than DD
- Transfer certificate
- Migration certificate
- Student profile (If candidates have not submitted at the time of counselling)
- 4 passport size photograph
- Affidavit (available on the official website)
- Physical fitness certificate (available on the official website)
