DIET Delhi admission 2021 – Delhi DIET admission form has been released from 03 August 2021 via online and the deadline to fill it is 10 August 2021. Prospectus of D.El.Ed & DPSE has been also released. Interested Candidate’s can fill their application form by visiting official website of Delhi Diet. After completing Delhi diet, Candidate’s is eligible to become primary teacher who can teach the children of class 1 to 5th or is eligible for CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test). Diet is earlier known as ETE ( Elementry Teacher Education).
What is DIET Delhi?
Diet is a 2 year undergraduate or state level diploma programme which is conducted by SCERT or State Council of Educational Research and Training so that Aspirant’s can get admission in the course of D.EL.ED and DPSE. DElEd, or Diploma in Elementary Education, is a two-year diploma programme aimed at training primary school teachers. DElEd prepares future teachers to instruct pupils in primary and upper primary schools, ages 6 to 15, in classes I through VIII. DPSE (DIPLOMA IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION) is a two-year full-time Diploma programme.

DIET Delhi admission 2021 Eligibility Criteria
If candidate’s have dream to become a teacher then they have good option to take admission in Delhi Diet. The eligibility criteria of Delhi Diet are given below.
- The minimum age requirements is not defined by respective authority.
- The maximum age requirements has been set at 24 year’s old for general and OBC.
Note – 5 year’s relaxation for reserved category candidate.
- Candidate’s must have passed class 12th or equivalent exam from any stream.
- 50% Mark’s is required in qualifying exam for general and OBC.
- 45% Mark’s is required for reserved category candidate.
Note – Aspirant’s have to calculate Mark’s of 5 subject include at least one language.
- Aspirant’s must be disease free and good in health.
- Aspirant’s have mandatory to submit a medical certificate which is recognized from MBBS or equivalent degree.
DIET Delhi 2021 Admission Procedure
Admission in Delhi diet have done on behalf of merit and merit list is set by respective authority according to Mark’s of class 12th. First, Candidate’s have to registered yourself and fill the application form by visiting the official website of Delhi diet and candidate’s have to fill their choices or preferences of college’s then merit list will be released and after that aspirant’s have check their Mark’s in merit list.
Calculate Mark’s with at least one language along with other subject and then match the Mark’s with the merit list. If candidate’s Mark’s are same or more then the merit list then you have to go to alloted college with the required documents and after that candidate’s have to submit the admission fees.
DIET Delhi admission 2021 Application Form
Aspirant’s should have valid email id and mobile number so that the authority can contact or send an important updates regarding admission through email and SMS only. Aspirant’s must ensure that the details filled by them is accurate or match with the relevant or original documents and if the details filled by the candidate is found to be incorrect at any stage then their application or admission will be cancelled at any stage.
First, Candidate’s have to registered yourself by entering valid email id and mobile number then fill the complete application form by entering required details and after that you have to upload scanned copies of required documents like photographs, signature etc.
Before submitting the application form, candidate’s have to check detail again and then for successful registration, aspirant’s have to pay the application fees. Application fee of Delhi diet is 250 INR and payment can be done through credit card, debit card and net banking.
Fill the preference of Institute then designated centre will verify your documents. If any seat has been allotted to you then you have to go to the allotted Diet centre and if you satisfied with the given college or Institute, you may freeze the seat and fill the required application form which you will get from the facilitation centre and submit it with complete and required information and Aspirant’s have to submit the form with required documents such as mark-sheet or certificate of class 10 and 12th along with birth certificate and reserved category certificate.

DIET Delhi 2021 Fee structure
The Delhi Diet only offers two courses, namely D.EL.ED and DPSE. The fees for both courses are equal in government college of delhi diet. Aspirant’s have to pay this fee quarterly.
Fee structure of Delhi Diet Government colleges
- The fees of government college for both courses is 750 per month but aspirant’s have to pay 2,100 quarterly.
Fee structure of Delhi Diet private colleges
- The total fee of the D.EL.ED course is 37,500 and when you pay it quarterly, you have to pay Rs 9,375 and extra 1,100 is to be paid for the examination fees, every year.
- The total fee of the DPSE course is 30,000 and when you pay it quarterly, you have to pay Rs 7,500 and extra 1,100 is to be paid for the examination fees, every year.
