CITS/CTI Admission 2021 – Online application has been started from 19 July 2021 and the last date to fill application form is 02 August 2021 (Till 05:00 PM). Exam will be conducted on 20 & 21 August 2021. In simple way, CITS (Craft Instructor Training Scheme’s) is a course which is mandatory to become teacher in ITI and its goal is to teach Instructor trainees how to impart hands-on skills in order to train semi-skilled and skilled workers for industry. The training programme is structured in such a way that instructor trainees receive comprehensive instruction in both skills and training methodology, allowing them to be familiar with ways for transferring hands-on skills and training skilled workforce for the industry.
What is AICET?
Through centralised Counseling, DGT (Directorate General of Training) conducts the All India Common Entrance Test (AICET) for admission to Craft Instructor Training. Aspirants who appeared in All India Common Entrance Test (AICET) for Craft Instructor Training Course can apply online. Craft instructors are currently trained in 35 trades at 30 National Skill Training Institutes (NSTIs), 12 private institutes of training of trainers & 6 state government institutes of training of trainers (IToTs).

CITS/CTI Admission 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants must meet the CITS/CTI Admission qualifying criterion before applying for admission.
- Candidates of SCVT (State Council of Vocational Training) & CoE (center of excellence) are ineligible.
Age Criteria
- Admission is open to anybody above the age of 18.
Education Qualification
- Aspirant must have a Diploma / Degree or NTC/NAC (NCVT certificate in relevant trade) or equivalent degree/certificate from a recognized Board of Technical Education/University/Board or equivalent.

CITS/CTI 2021 admission process

AICET 2021 Admit card
The entrance exam admit card will be released around one week before to the exam. The date, time, and location of the CITS/CTI entrance exam, as well as certain personal information, will be included on the admit card. AICET 2021 Exam Pattern
